You've evolved. Your style should too.
Re/Frame is for the founder, executive or creative who has evolved and wants a wardrobe that reflects that. A seven-step method to build your Future You Wardrobe.
The Re/Frame method: how it works
Re/Frame focuses on 7 steps to help you gain confidence and clarity around your style and build your Future You Wardrobe.
The Re/Frame Method. Dress for who you’re becoming.
-
Understand who you are today - your lifestyle, current wardrobe, body, preferences, needs and the things you are naturally drawn to.
-
Explore where you want to go — how you want to feel, how you want to be seen and the version of yourself you want to step into.
-
We distil your taste into three defining words — a filter and reference for every future style decision.
-
We bring everything together visually, creating a clear reference for the person you’re becoming and the style that represents them.
-
A session to review your existing wardrobe through the lens of your future self. Keep what still feels relevant, rediscover pieces with potential, and let go of what no longer reflects who you are, how you live or where you’re going.
-
Identify the key pieces and shapes that form the foundation of your style — your ideal jacket, trouser, shoe, dress, top or the pieces most relevant to you. I like 4-5 pieces that can be easily styled and worn on repeat. Define the silhouette, proportion, fit and fabrication that make each one distinctly yours.
-
Work with what you already own, identify the genuine gaps and source intentionally. Create combinations that make the wardrobe work harder, then continue to refine it as you and your life evolve.

Why work with me?
I’m Adelé - an Irish stylist based between London and Paris, trained at London College of Fashion.
Before building this practice I spent over a decade working inside luxury fashion - working on product and digital strategy at NET-A-PORTER, Threads Styling, and other brands across London, Paris, and New York. I understand how the fashion industry works at every level. More importantly I understand how it works on real people and in real wardrobes.
I came to personal styling the way most true things happen - organically. Styling friends, noticing what shifted when someone put on the right thing, seeing the moment a person stood differently in the mirror. That's what this work is about.
My approach is direct and honest. I won't tell you something looks good when it doesn't. I won't give you a shopping list without understanding who you are first. And I won't pretend that getting dressed is just about clothes - because we both know it isn't.
What I will do is listen properly, share everything I know, and give you tools that work long after we've finished working together.
