Personal styling services for entrepreneurs, founders and executives.

You've evolved. Your style should too.

RE/FRAME

RE/FRAME is for the founder, executive or entrepreneur who's grown — professionally, personally — and is ready to get clear on how they show up, not just how the business looks.

Not chasing trends. Not copying competitors. Just a wardrobe and a presence that makes sense for who you are now.

Two Ways to Work Together

Re/Frame Style Programme
£0.00

Discover and define your personal style. Up to 4 sessions with possibility for ongoing support - including personal brand goals, wardrobe edit and style blueprint.

Event Styling
£0.00

For a single high-stakes moment — a pitch, a panel, a launch, press, a podcast — when how you show up needs to be right, once, decisively, and fast.

Re/Frame: How it works

Over four sessions, we build the foundation — then the partnership continues, evolving with you as your role and visibility grow.

Need it faster? Event Styling delivers the same eye in a single working session, built around a specific date — typically completed within a week.

“I loved working with Adelé. From the very first meeting, she listened so deeply and took on board everything I shared. I felt completely seen and understood.

What stood out most was her ability to take my ideas and elevate them. She expanded my thinking and pushed my creative boundaries in exactly the way I had hoped for this shoot!”

— Jasmine Faulker, Press Release Shoot

Why work with me?

I'm Adelé — an Irish stylist based between London and Paris, trained at London College of Fashion.

Before building this practice I spent over a decade working inside luxury fashion — leading product and digital strategy at NET-A-PORTER, Threads Styling, and other brands across London, Paris, and New York. I understand how the fashion industry works at every level — and how it translates into boardrooms, press days, and the rooms where decisions actually get made.

I came to personal styling the way most true things happen — organically. Styling friends and founders, noticing what shifted when someone put on the right thing, seeing the moment a person stood differently in the room. That's what this work is about.

My approach is direct and honest. I won't tell you something looks good when it doesn't. I won't give you a shopping list without understanding who you are and what you're walking into first. And I won't pretend that getting dressed is just about clothes — because we both know it isn't, especially when you're the face of what you've built.

What I will do is listen properly, share everything I know, and give you tools that work long after we've finished working together.
